Services are subject to availability and geographic service area. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion. All services are performed by our team — we do not subcontract work without prior notice to the customer.
All quotes provided by Garage Purge — whether online, by phone, or in person — are estimates based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing is determined after an on-site assessment of the actual scope of work.
We provide flat-rate pricing. Once a final on-site quote is agreed upon by both parties, that price is binding unless the scope of work changes materially (e.g., significantly more volume than originally described). Any price adjustments due to scope changes will be communicated and agreed upon before work continues.
Submitting a quote request form on our website does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service availability or pricing.
Appointments are confirmed via phone or email. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that life happens — we will always work with you to find a new time.
Garage Purge reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you as soon as possible if we need to make a change.

Garage Purge is not responsible for the removal of items that were not clearly designated for removal. Once items have been loaded and removed from the property, they cannot be returned.
For legal and safety reasons, Garage Purge is unable to haul the following items:
If hazardous materials are discovered on-site that were not disclosed, we reserve the right to decline removal of those specific items without affecting the remainder of the job or pricing.
Garage Purge carries general liability insurance. We take great care in our work. In the unlikely event that our crew causes damage to your property during a job, please notify us immediately so we can assess and address the issue.
Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to items not clearly marked as "keep," or normal wear consistent with moving heavy items.
Garage Purge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or from use of our website.
Garage Purge makes good-faith efforts to donate usable items to local charities including Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, and local shelters. However, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be accepted for donation, as donation acceptance is at the discretion of the receiving organization.
Tax donation receipts are provided upon request and based on the records we maintain of items delivered to donation centers. We are not tax advisors — consult a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of donated items.
Items not suitable for donation or recycling will be disposed of through licensed waste hauling. We make every effort to minimize landfill waste.
